- It is not allowed to take towels and other inventory out of the apartment.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
- The apartment owner is not responsible for your property.
- In case of bad weather, you must close windows, doors and blinds.
- Use the air conditioner only when you are in the apartment, and the windows must be closed; otherwise, turn off the air conditioner.
Cancellation/prepayment
The guest can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel 30 days before arrival. If the guest does not show up, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to pay 20% of the amount in advance. Once we have recorded your payment, the reservation will be confirmed.
Identification
Upon arrival, submit the registration documents immediately.
Method of payment
Bank transfer for advance payment, cash in € for full balance.
